Getting started

What Flowbit is, signing up, inviting people and finding your way.

What is Flowbit?

One workspace for the four things a growing Indian business runs on: Flowbit Work for tasks, projects and meetings, Muster for HR and payroll, Orbit for sales, and Folio for GST invoices and collections. They share one login and one client list, so nothing is typed twice.

Read the guide Link

How do I sign up and start?

Open Sign up, enter your name, work email and a password (at least 8 characters with a letter and a number), and confirm the 6-digit code we email you. Then name your workspace, pick its web address and team size, invite people if you like, and choose project-based or personal. Teams of up to 5 start on Free for 6 months; larger teams get a 15-day trial of everything. No card is needed.

Read the guide Link

How do I find my way around?

Home shows your day: your workday, Arc, what is in progress or overdue, and your tasks. The rail on the far left opens each product, the side panel next to it changes with the product, and Command K (or Search) jumps to any page, task, person or client.

Read the guide Link

How do I invite my team?

Open Settings → Members, click Invite people, type their email addresses and pick a role for each. They get an email with a link to join. If email is not set up yet, copy the invite link and send it yourself. Resend, change roles or disable access from the actions menu.

Read the guide Link

Can I try Flowbit with sample data first?

Yes. A new workspace can click Load sample agency to fill in clients, projects, tasks, leads, invoices and employees. Remove sample data deletes only those records, never yours. Owners and admins also get a Get started checklist and a short tour of each product.

Read the guide Link

Can one person belong to more than one workspace?

Yes. One login can join several workspaces, for example two companies you run. Switch between them from the workspace switcher in the side panel. Each workspace has its own products, people and data.

Link

Is there a mobile app?

Flowbit works in your phone’s browser, with touch-friendly boards, a quick check-in button and dialogs that open as bottom sheets. You can add it to your home screen like an app. It needs an internet connection; nothing works offline.

Link

Is Flowbit available in Hindi?

Partly. Each person can switch their own HR screens to Hindi in Settings → My account → Language: My HR, check-in and breaks, leave and payslips (the payslip PDF then has English and Hindi labels). The rest of Flowbit is in English. Quick add understands Hinglish dates and times everywhere.

Read the guide Link

Can the Flowbit team help us set up?

Yes. The owner can grant the Flowbit team read-only access for up to 72 hours, or import-only access for 7 days to load your data, from Settings → Support access. Every visit is logged. Flowbit staff never see salary, bank or PAN details: they stay masked for everyone on our team, admins included. Free setup is offered to yearly customers.

Read the guide Link

Can I see a demo before signing up?

Yes. Book a demo from the Contact page and we will walk you through the products you care about. Or start the trial and load the sample agency to look around yourself.

Plans & billing

Free, the trial, prices, GST, payments and refunds.

How much does Flowbit cost?

Suite, all four products, is ₹149 per person a month (minimum 10). Or pick products: Work ₹59 per user, Muster Starter ₹39 or Muster Business ₹79 per employee, Orbit ₹149 per sales user, and Folio ₹399 per workspace. Prices exclude GST.

Read the guide Link

Is there a free plan?

Yes. Free covers up to 5 people with every product for 6 months from signup. People are the higher of those who sign in (pending invites included) and employees on payroll. Adding a 6th person asks you to upgrade, or to start the 15-day trial if your business has not had it. Paid add-ons (client portal, custom domains, Meetings AI) are not part of Free. Each business gets one Free workspace.

Read the guide Link

How does the free trial work?

15 days with every product switched on and no card needed. Teams of more than 5 start on the trial; a Free workspace can start it when it needs more people. There is one trial per business, matched by GSTIN, else PAN, else the owner's email. We remind you 3 days and 1 day before it ends. If you trim back to 5 people within the 6 months from signup, you can return to Free.

Read the guide Link

What happens when the trial or free months end?

Your workspace becomes read-only for 30 days, so you can still see everything but not change it. After that it is locked: only Settings → Plan & billing and Export, plus each person’s own Security and Notifications settings open until you choose a plan. Data is deleted only 90 days after that, and we email you 30, 7 and 1 days before.

Read the guide Link

Is GST included?

No. Prices exclude 18% GST. Until Sanskaar Webx Services LLP is registered for GST, we charge no GST and our invoices say they are not tax invoices. After registration, 18% GST is added and every payment gets a GST tax invoice. Add your GSTIN in Settings → Plan & billing so a tax invoice carries it for input tax credit.

Read the guide Link

How do you count users?

Free: the higher of people who sign in and employees on payroll. Suite: everyone who signs in, plus employees on payroll who do not sign in, so each person counts once. Separate products are each counted on their own: Work counts people who sign in, Muster counts employees on payroll, Orbit counts people whose role can work leads or deals, and Folio includes 2 firms and 3 users (each extra firm is ₹199 a month). Pending invites count as people who sign in.

Link

Can I mix products?

Yes. Pick any combination, or take Suite for all four at ₹149 a person.

Link

Monthly or yearly?

Either. Yearly plans cost 10 months’ price (2 months free), and your first year is 50% off on top. Monthly plans pay the list price. A yearly plan is paid up front; for example, 20 people on Suite pay ₹14,900 for the first year and ₹29,800 at each renewal (plus GST).

Link

Can I change plans later?

Add people or products any time and pay only for the rest of the current period. Reductions apply from your next renewal.

Read the guide Link

How do I pay?

Through Razorpay: cards, UPI or netbanking, or set up autopay. A plan paid by card checkout or autopay renews automatically; otherwise we send a bill before each renewal. Cancel any time and keep access until the end of the period you’ve paid for.

Read the guide Link

Can I pay by bank transfer?

Yes. Pay the bill by bank transfer, then use Paid offline? in Settings → Plan & billing → Bills and invoices to send the UTR and a screenshot. You keep access for up to 7 days while the Flowbit team checks it.

Read the guide Link

Where are my Flowbit invoices?

In Settings → Plan & billing, on the Bills and invoices tab. Download any invoice as a PDF or email it again to your accountant. Add your company name, GSTIN and address once and every invoice carries them.

Read the guide Link

Do you give refunds?

We don’t refund part-used periods, monthly or yearly. Cancel any time and you won’t be charged again. If you were charged twice, or after cancelling, we refund the extra charge in full.

Link

Can I bill from two companies?

Yes. Folio includes 2 firms: add each with its own GSTIN or as non-GST, its own number series, bank details and letterhead. A third firm and beyond is ₹199 a month each.

Read the guide Link

Who counts as a Folio user?

Folio on its own includes 3 users, and the limit cannot be raised. Anyone whose role has any Folio permission counts, even to view or quote: by default the Owner, Admins, Finance and Sales. For more than 3, choose Suite, which covers everyone.

Work

Tasks, projects, meetings, posts, time and whiteboards.

How do I create and manage tasks?

Open Tasks, type a title and press Enter. Switch between List, Board (drag across To do, In progress, In review, Blocked and Done) and Calendar. Filter by assignee, project, priority or due date, save views, and use bulk actions. A task holds subtasks, a checklist, files, comments with @mentions and its full history.

Read the guide Link

Can I add tasks in plain words, or in Hinglish?

Yes. Quick add reads dates, times, people, projects and priority as you type, in English or Hinglish: “kal 5 baje @vikram #design homepage banner p2” becomes a task for Vikram in Design, due tomorrow at 5 pm, high priority. What it understood shows as chips; click X on one to keep the word as text.

Read the guide Link

Can I open a task without losing my place in the list?

Yes. Clicking a task in a list, board, calendar, Home or the bell opens it in a side panel. J and K move to the next or previous task, E edits the title, M assigns it to you and Esc closes it. You can also link tasks as Blocked by or Related, and a task waiting on another is flagged.

Read the guide Link

Can I use Work just for my own tasks?

Yes. Choose the personal task workspace when you create it: your tasks, reminders, notes and calendar events, with no project setup. You can switch on the project mode any time.

Read the guide Link

What is the difference between spaces and projects?

Spaces are folders for ongoing work, like Marketing or Clients, with folders and lists of tasks inside. Projects are for work with a goal and a deadline: milestones, members, files, and a health score worked out from the tasks themselves, so overdue and blocked work pulls it down.

Read the guide Link

How do meetings turn into tasks?

Schedule a meeting with attendees, an agenda and a link; people RSVP inside Flowbit and get a calendar invite by email. In the meeting, write action items with an owner and a due date, then click Create task for one or all of them. Each becomes a real, tracked task.

Read the guide Link

Can Flowbit record meetings and write the minutes?

With the Meetings AI add-on (and during the 15-day trial), yes. It is not on the Free plan. Upload a recording, or send a notetaker to a Meet, Zoom or Teams call that announces itself. Flowbit transcribes it, including Hindi and English mixed, and drafts notes, decisions and action items for you to check before they become tasks.

Link

What can I post on the Posts board?

Ten types: Announcement, Update, Kudos, Celebration, Policy, Question, Poll, Win, Welcome and Event. Policies collect “I’ve read this” from each person, kudos tell the person’s manager, polls can be anonymous with a close date, and any post can be scheduled and aimed at chosen roles, teams, departments or locations. Add up to 4 images or GIFs.

Read the guide Link

How do I see who is overloaded?

Open a team in Teams. Its Members tab shows each person’s workload this week, open and late tasks, and whether they are checked in, on a break, on leave or offline. Assigning work to someone on approved leave shows a warning first.

Read the guide Link

How do I track time and submit a timesheet?

Start the timer on a task or project; it runs on the server, so closing the tab does not stop it. Or log time by hand, or type it into the weekly timesheet. Submit the week and your manager approves it in Time approvals, or with the button in the email (it works once, for 7 days, for whoever has the email).

Read the guide Link

Are there whiteboards?

Yes. An infinite canvas for flows, brainstorms and retros, with shapes, arrows, a pen, text and images. Boards save as you work, and Flowbit warns you if someone else changed the same board so nobody overwrites anyone.

Read the guide Link

What reports does Work have?

Throughput, overdue work by age, tasks by assignee, project health and time by project, for any date range and filtered by project, team or person. Every report exports to CSV.

Read the guide Link

Do clients or guests need a seat?

There are no guest accounts: everyone who signs in to Flowbit counts as a user. Clients use the client portal instead, which needs no seat.

Read the guide Link

Can my clients see their projects and approve work?

Yes, with the client portal (in Suite, as an add-on, and during the 15-day trial; not on the Free plan). Invite people at the client; they sign in with an emailed code and see only their shared projects, the tasks you make visible, approvals, invoices and quotes with Pay now, their statement and shared files.

Read the guide Link

Does Work have Gantt charts?

Not yet. Projects have milestones with dates and owners, a progress ring and a health score, and tasks have a calendar view.

HR & payroll

People, attendance, leave, claims, payroll, tax and letters.

How do I add employees?

Click Add employee in People; only a few fields are needed to start. Moving from a spreadsheet? Import a CSV: Flowbit checks every row and shows the errors before anything is saved.

Read the guide Link

What is inside an employee profile?

Job details and reporting line, documents, nominees, bank and statutory details (PAN, UAN, ESIC), remarks, attendance, leave, letters, payslips and kudos, with an onboarding checklist of what is missing. Bank changes are verified by HR before payroll uses them.

Read the guide Link

How do employees check in?

From the check-in card in Flowbit’s side panel, or the quick check-in button on a phone: Check in, Take break, Resume and Check out. The punches build the attendance register on their own. Employees without a login can be marked by HR.

Read the guide Link

Can we track lunch and tea breaks?

Yes. Take break asks for a type: Lunch, Power Nap, Tea/Coffee or Personal/Rest. HR sets whether each is paid and its daily limit. Payable hours are the hours worked plus paid breaks up to their limits, shown next to effective hours.

Read the guide Link

Can check-in record where people are?

Yes, if HR turns it on: off, optional or required. Add office areas with a radius, and a check-in outside them is flagged or blocked. People see a notice and agree before their location is read the first time. Breaks never ask for it.

Read the guide Link

Can I bring in punches from our biometric machine?

Yes, as a file. In Attendance → Import → From a biometric device, upload the punch log from an eSSL / eTimeTrackLite or ZKTeco machine (or any CSV with a user id and time). First punch is in, last is out; you map device ids to people once. There is no live connection to the machine.

Read the guide Link

How do I mark and lock attendance?

The daily view lists everyone for today: mark present, work from home, absent or half day, or mark the rest present in one click. The month register shows every day; HR can override a day with a reason. Lock the month before payroll, and reopen it with a reason if needed. Every change is logged.

Read the guide Link

How does leave approval work?

A request goes to the person’s manager, then to HR. Approve from Flowbit or straight from the email (the button works once, for 7 days, for whoever has the email). HR can apply leave for someone, adjust balances with a reason, and see who is away on the leave calendar. Pending requests are chased after 24 and 48 hours.

Read the guide Link

How do expense claims work?

Set up categories with limits and publish a claim form. Employees open the link, verify with a code sent to their work email, enter the amount and upload the receipt, with no login needed. HR approves in full, a reduced amount or rejects; approved claims are paid with salary or marked paid on their own.

Read the guide Link

How do I run payroll?

Open a month and move through eight stages: attendance locked, claims closed, generated, HR reviewed, finance approved, locked, salary released and payslips published. PF, ESI, PT and LWF are worked out by state with dated rates. Download the salary register and the bank transfer file, and payslips are emailed as PDFs. Payroll is in Muster Business.

Read the guide Link

Does Muster file PF and ESI?

No. It calculates PF, ESI and PT and gives you the reports you or your CA file from. The compliance calendar reminds you of the due dates.

Read the guide Link

Does Muster work out salary TDS and Form 130 (earlier Form 16)?

Yes, when you switch it on. Employees declare their regime and investments in My tax and upload proofs; Flowbit works out each month’s TDS from a worksheet. It exports the quarterly Form 138 (earlier 24Q) data and a Form 130 (earlier Form 16) Part B PDF. It does not file returns, and every screen says to verify with your CA.

Read the guide Link

Does Muster pay salaries?

It prepares the payment: once the month is locked, download a bank file (Generic, HDFC-style or ICICI-style) and upload it to your net banking. People with an unverified bank change are left out and listed. Then record the release date and UTR.

Read the guide Link

How do I issue HR letters?

Pick the person and one of 20 templates (offer, appointment, confirmation, revision, experience, relieving and more). Their details fill in; check, then issue. Each letter gets a reference number, a PDF on your letterhead with your signatory’s signature, and can be emailed. Issued letters are never deleted, only revoked with a reason.

Read the guide Link

What can employees do themselves?

In My HR they see and update their profile, see their attendance and request corrections, apply for leave and check balances, download payslips, file claims, and see their letters, documents and tax declaration. It only ever shows a person their own record.

Read the guide Link

Can managers see salaries?

Not unless you give their role that permission. Approving leave never shows pay, and every salary change, payroll unlock and release is in the audit log.

Read the guide Link

Who counts as an employee for billing?

Anyone on payroll: interns, people on probation, active and confirmed employees, and people serving notice.

Link

Do all employees need a login?

No. Only those who use self-service or check in themselves. HR can keep records, mark attendance and run payroll for everyone else.

Link

Sales CRM

Orbit leads, deals, follow-ups, sequences and clients.

How do I add and track leads?

Add a lead with the company, the contact and where it came from, or import a CSV. Leads show as a table or a board, filtered by stage, source, sector, owner or next step. Log every call and email, schedule the next follow-up, and convert a lead into a client and a deal when it is ready.

Read the guide Link

Can a lead skip stages?

No. A lead moves one step at a time (New, Contacted, Engaged, Meeting booked, Meeting done, Converted) and the evidence comes first: Contacted needs a logged outreach and Engaged needs a logged reply. That keeps the conversion reports honest.

Read the guide Link

How do I manage deals?

Deals is a board: each column is a stage with its win probability, and you drag deals across. Won and lost deals need a reason. A won deal links to Folio, so you create the quote or invoice with the client already filled in.

Read the guide Link

Where do I see today’s follow-ups and sales reports?

Orbit opens on Today: what is overdue, due today and leads with no next step. Activities lists every call, email and meeting as today, overdue or upcoming. Reports show conversion, cold vs warm, sources, owners and won or lost reasons, with CSV.

Read the guide Link

Does Orbit send follow-up emails for me?

Yes, with sequences: up to five steps of emails, call tasks, reminders and waits, sent Monday to Saturday in the hours you pick, with a daily limit per salesperson. Emails go from your own Gmail when you connect it, or from Flowbit with replies coming to you. A reply stops the sequence when Flowbit catches it at the reply address it adds, or when you log the reply or press Replied on the lead. A bounce, an unsubscribe or a conversion stops it too.

Read the guide Link

Can leads come in from my website or other sites?

Yes. Orbit settings → Lead capture gives you a website form (or a script to embed), a webhook for Zapier, Meta lead ads and JustDial, and IndiaMART in beta. New leads go to a fixed owner or round-robin, and the owner is alerted at once.

Read the guide Link

How do clients connect Work, Orbit and Folio?

There is one client record. Open a client to see its open pipeline, active projects and what it owes you, with tabs for contacts, projects, tasks, deals, invoices, the ledger and activity. Start a deal, project or invoice from there.

Read the guide Link

Who counts as a sales user?

Anyone who can create or move leads and deals. People who only view Orbit do not count.

Link

Billing & finance

Folio invoices, payments, bank import, GST, e-invoice and Tally.

How do I create a GST invoice?

Click New invoice, choose the firm that is billing and the client. Folio works out the place of supply and the tax: CGST and SGST within your state, IGST across states. Add lines with SAC or HSN codes, save a draft, then Issue. Download the PDF, email it, or share its online link.

Read the guide Link

Do invoice numbers restart in April?

Yes. Each firm has a series per financial year, for example VWX/2026-27/0001.

Read the guide Link

Can I delete an issued invoice?

No. Issued invoices are voided with a reason or written off and keep their number, so your series has no gaps. Nothing is ever silently deleted.

Read the guide Link

How do I record a payment from a client?

Click Record payment, pick the client and firm, enter the amount, date, mode and UTR, and allocate it across their open invoices. Anything left stays on their account as an advance for the next invoice.

Read the guide Link

Can clients pay online?

Yes. Every invoice has an online link with an “I’ve paid” button for the UTR, and a UPI QR for the balance when your bank details have a UPI ID. Connect your own Razorpay account, then click Create payment link on the invoice: the link gets Pay now for the current balance. After a part payment, create it again for the new balance (an old link is cancelled once it no longer matches). When it is paid, Folio records the receipt and marks the invoice paid.

Read the guide Link

Can I import my bank statement?

Yes. Folio → Bank reads CSV or Excel statements from HDFC, ICICI, SBI, Axis and Kotak, or any bank with column mapping. Each deposit is matched to the invoice it most likely pays, TDS included; confirm and the receipt is recorded. Withdrawals can be booked as expenses. Undo within 7 days.

Read the guide Link

How do quotes, credit notes and retainers work?

Send a quote or proforma; the client can accept it online, and you convert it to an invoice in one click. Raise a credit note for a whole invoice or some lines. For monthly clients, a retainer or billing plan creates draft invoices when they are due.

Read the guide Link

How do I track what clients owe?

The Folio dashboard shows receivables, overdue and collected, for all firms or one. Collections is your chase list, and reminders go out automatically before, on and after the due date, each once. Every client has a ledger with a running balance, as PDF, CSV or an online statement.

Read the guide Link

Does Folio give GST reports for my CA?

Yes. Reports has the GSTR-1 tables (B2B, B2CL, B2CS, exports, credit notes, HSN and documents) for any month or year, plus the sales register, collections, aging and revenue, all as CSV, and charts.

Read the guide Link

Does Folio file GST returns?

No. It prepares the reports you or your CA file from, and the compliance calendar reminds you of GSTR-1, GSTR-3B and other due dates.

Read the guide Link

Can Folio create e-invoices (IRN) and e-way bills?

Yes, for firms with turnover above ₹5 crore. Add your GSP’s API login in Folio settings → E-invoice, then click Generate IRN on an issued B2B invoice: the IRN and signed QR print on the PDF. E-way bills are made from the IRN. Exports, reverse charge and credit-note IRNs are not covered yet.

Read the guide Link

Can I send my invoices to Tally?

Yes, in beta. Folio → Export downloads sales, credit notes, receipts and expenses for a period as a TallyPrime XML file. Map your Tally ledger names once, and test the first import in a copy of your company.

Read the guide Link

Can Folio track expenses and profit?

Yes. Log expenses with the vendor, category and GST paid. Profit and loss puts billing and expenses (and salaries, in the combined view) side by side by month, and the forecast shows what retainers will bring in. It is a management view, not full accounting.

Settings & security

Roles, branding, alerts, automations, export, privacy and two-factor.

How do roles and permissions work?

Everyone has a role. Eight are built in (Owner, Admin, HR admin, HR executive, Finance, Manager, Sales and Member), so most teams change nothing. Need something else? Create a custom role and tick exactly what it can see and do, product by product.

Read the guide Link

Can I hide products we don’t use?

Yes. Settings → Modules turns products on or off, and what is off disappears from everyone’s navigation.

Read the guide Link

Can our PDFs carry our letterhead and signature?

Yes. Settings → Company profile holds your legal name, GSTIN, PAN, address and logo, and your authorised signatories with their signature and an optional seal. Invoices, quotes, receipts, statements, HR letters and Form 130 print them; payslips only if you switch it on. Only owners and admins can change signatories.

Read the guide Link

Can Flowbit use our brand colours?

Yes, on Suite and during a trial. Settings → Appearance sets your primary, secondary and accent colours (or one of eight presets), with a contrast check. They apply across the app for everyone, on your PDFs, in client emails and in the client portal.

Read the guide Link

Can I control which alerts I get by email?

Yes. In My alerts each person picks in-app or email for each kind of event, on top of the workspace defaults. Choose an hourly or end-of-day digest, quiet hours (21:00 to 08:00 by default) and snooze. Approval and task emails have buttons to approve, reject, mark done or snooze straight from the email. Each button works once, for 7 days, without signing in, for whoever has the email, so don't forward approval emails. Expense claims and bank account changes ask the person they were sent to to sign in first.

Read the guide Link

What is a morning brief?

An email at the time and days you choose with your day in one place: tasks due and overdue, approvals waiting, who is out, money due and received, sales follow-ups and statutory dates. Pick the sections, skip it when empty, and send yourself a preview.

Read the guide Link

What can automations do?

Ready-made recipes you switch on or off in Settings → Automations: payment thank-yous, quote follow-ups, leave escalations, meeting reminders, birthday posts, probation and document reminders, new-lead alerts and more. Edit the wording, test it on yourself, or build your own rule from an event or a date.

Read the guide Link

Can I bring data from other tools?

Yes. Settings → Import has CSV or Excel templates for team members, employees, attendance, projects, tasks, leads, contacts and companies, Folio clients and items. You see a preview with row errors before anything is saved, and can undo an import within 7 days.

Read the guide Link

Can I export all my data?

Yes. The owner can download the whole workspace as a ZIP of JSON, CSV and files from Settings → Export, at any time, even after a plan ends. Reports, ledgers and lists also export to CSV.

Read the guide Link

How do you handle personal data and the DPDP Act?

For your clients’ and employees’ data, Flowbit is your data processor under a data processing agreement. Settings → Privacy exports or erases one person’s data on request. Message and processing logs are kept 13 months, then deleted. Flowbit staff see your workspace only when the owner grants access, and never see salary, bank or PAN details.

Read the guide Link

Is my data kept separate from other companies’?

Yes. Every record belongs to one workspace and every request is checked against it. Roles decide who sees what inside your workspace, and sensitive changes are written to the audit log.

Read the guide Link

How secure is Flowbit?

Traffic is HTTPS only, secrets such as payment keys are encrypted, files sit in private storage, and every change is checked against your role on the server. Workspace data is stored in India: the app runs on Vercel and the database on MongoDB Atlas, both in Mumbai (AWS ap-south-1). Some providers process data outside India when their feature is used, such as email (Resend), AI drafting (Anthropic) and the meeting notetaker (Recall.ai). The Security page has the details.

Link

Does Flowbit have two-factor sign-in?

Yes. Turn it on in Settings → Security with any authenticator app; you get 10 recovery codes and can remember a device for 30 days. Owners and admins can require it for every owner and admin in the workspace.

Read the guide Link

Can I see who changed what?

Yes. The audit log records important changes (payroll steps, salary and bank changes, roles, exports, integrations) with who did it and when, and exports to CSV.

Read the guide Link

Does Flowbit remind us of statutory due dates?

Yes. Settings → Compliance calendar lists GST, TDS, PF, ESI, professional tax and advance tax dates for the year, set for your state and filer type. Reminders go out 3 days before. Always check a date before relying on it.

Read the guide Link

How big can uploaded files be?

Attachments, receipts, documents and images: 4 MB each on the hosted service. Profile photo: 2 MB. Company and firm logos: 1 MB. Meeting recordings (Meetings AI): 200 MB. Spreadsheet to import: 3 MB. Files in one full export: 500 MB (the rest are listed in the ZIP).

Link

How many rows can I import at once?

Rows per file: team members 200, employees 500, attendance 5,000, projects 500, tasks 2,000, leads 2,000, contacts and companies 2,000, folio clients 2,000, folio items 1,000; biometric punch logs 50,000 punches. Split a bigger file and import it in parts.

Integrations & AI

Arc, Claude and ChatGPT, Google, Slack, webhooks and email to task.

What can Arc, the AI assistant, do?

Ask Arc about your workspace in plain words and it finds the tasks, clients and posts you mean. It can also outline a project, break a big task into steps, or write a progress update from real activity.

Read the guide Link

Will Arc change my data?

No. AI reads, people decide. Arc drafts; nothing is created or changed until you click Apply. Salary, bank and PAN details are stripped out before anything is sent to the AI.

Read the guide Link

How many AI requests do I get?

Each plan has a monthly allowance: none on Free, 50 during a trial and 500 a month on paid plans by default. Settings → Integrations shows how many you have used. Past the limit Arc keeps working with its built-in templates.

Read the guide Link

Can I use Flowbit from Claude or ChatGPT?

Yes. Flowbit has an MCP server. Copy the connection URL from Settings → Connected apps, add it as a custom connector in Claude or ChatGPT, sign in and approve what it may do. Then ask it to add tasks from meeting notes, list today’s follow-ups or review overdue invoices. Available on paid plans and during a trial.

Read the guide Link

What can a connected AI app do in my workspace?

Only what your role allows, within the scopes you approved. It can never touch attendance, payroll or salaries, issue or void invoices, record payments, delete anything, or change roles, settings or billing, and it never sees salary, PAN or bank details. Every change is logged as “you via Claude” and can be undone for 7 days. Limits: 120 requests a minute, 50 changes in one go and 500 changes a day per workspace.

Does Flowbit work with Google Calendar and Meet?

Yes. Each person connects their own Google Calendar in Settings → Google (in the Personal group). Meetings you schedule in Work go on your calendar with a Google Meet link, and moving or cancelling them in Flowbit updates Google. Your own Google events show, read-only, on the Meetings calendar.

Can I turn an email into a task?

Yes. Forward or send it to your private tasks+ address (shown in Settings → My account). The subject becomes the title, the body the description, and attachments are added. Only mail from your own address is accepted, unless an admin turns on "Allow teammates to email my address" in Settings → Security. Mail that fails SPF, DKIM or DMARC is refused. When a mail is refused, you get a notice in Flowbit saying why.
